BET Surface Area and Pore Size Analyzer
The SCINCO PMi 300 Series Micropore Analyzer is a high-precision gas adsorption system designed for advanced surface area and micropore characterization. Featuring three independently operated analysis ports, ultra-low pressure measurement capability, and integrated in-situ degassing, the PMi 300 Series delivers exceptional accuracy for the analysis of microporous materials such as MOFs, molecular sieves, catalysts, activated carbon, and other porous substances. With dedicated dosing manifolds, high-sensitivity pressure transducers, and advanced pore analysis models, the system provides reliable determination of surface area, pore size distribution, adsorption isotherms, and micropore structure with outstanding repeatability and resolution.
High-Resolution Micropore Analysis
Accurately characterizes pore sizes from 0.35 to 500 nm with pore diameter repeatability better than 0.02 nm, making it ideal for advanced microporous material research.
Three Independent Analysis Stations
Each analysis port operates independently with dedicated dosing manifolds, allowing simultaneous or sequential experiments without interference and maximizing laboratory productivity.
Ultra-Low Pressure Measurement Capability
Available with high-sensitivity 1 Torr or optional 0.1 Torr pressure transducers, supporting ultra-low relative pressure measurements for precise micropore characterization.
Comprehensive Surface Area & Pore Analysis
Supports a wide range of industry-standard methods including BET, Langmuir, BJH, STSA, Dubinin-Radushkevich (DR), Horvath-Kawazoe (HK), Saito-Foley (SF), and t-Plot analysis.
Integrated In-Situ Degassing System
Three independently controlled degassing ports with temperatures up to 400°C enable efficient sample preparation while minimizing contamination and improving data reliability.
Advanced Thermal & Pressure Stability
Features thermal stabilization technology, automatic helium correction, independent P₀ measurement, and optimized manifold design to ensure highly accurate and reproducible adsorption data.
